Definite Grooves

 

Definite Grooves comprises of Andy Eggleton, Mike Longthron and Danny Hird.

Andy and Mike formed Definite Grooves 3 years ago, as they both share a strong passion for house music. After numerous years of going to the clubs and dancing to the music, they, like many other people, decided to try their hand at producing the music they love.

In July 2000 after a chance meeting at Pacha in Ibiza (Ministry of Sound night with Full Intention), Mike met Danny and then on returning to the U.K. Danny became the newest member of Definite Grooves.

Between them they have 10 years production and DJ experience, with Andy primarily sampling and arranging, Mike playing keyboards and Danny deejaying. They all have an overview on all tracks produced, working together as a team in the studio.

Danny is the resident DJ at Faith at The Fez club in Hull and has been playing alongside Terry Déjà vu for some years now. This night gives them the ideal opportunity to road test all new material and to gauge reactions from crowds and other headlining DJ's.
